I made contact with Ms. Alma at Carvel Arms Apartments, I believe she is the office manager at this location. I spoke with her brieflyto get information about the waitlist. I've turned in several applications for a 3 bedroom apartment over the years, to a young man that seemed to be employedin the office at the time. Ive been living here for 10 years and its great. Its very peaceful and my neighbors are nice and understand a lot even thought ther was a major issue with the pipes and rochas but every one was very helpful in that situation. The kids are very helpful to to the adults especially with trash and groceries its very refreshing to have helpful things. The front office lady is very corruptive and i feel very comfortable with her,she is vey nice and an awesome women. All the staff are very helpful with the issues in the apartment. ... read more
