I have had my area rugs cleaned by Caravan Rugs for years and have never been disappointed. I recently brought an outdoor rug with a white background to be cleaned with not much hope of them being able to have much success. To my surprise, they managed to bring it back to life and I am one happy customer. I highly recommend Caravan Rugs!

HONEST AND EXPERIENCED ! I contacted Caravan Rugs about getting a thrifted rug cleaned because it was super stinky - they EDUCATED me about the diminishing return on any cleaning done to this rug because its backing was deteriorating. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL will know when to tell a client "no", and Caravan did that for me. I am appreciative of their honesty, and if I ever have a rug (that is not actively falling apart) that needs cleaning, I'll call them up !
Caravan Rugs did an excellent job cleaning our rugs and carpet. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We sent a very large hand woven rug away to be cleaned and it was returned in excellent condition and ahead of schedule. The crew moved our furniture on and off the rug when the rug was sent out and returned. They handled our furniture with great care. We will use Caravan Rugs again.
I've used Caravan Rugs to clean my largest home rugs since first being introduced and each time I am very pleased with their professionalism from first contact through delivery of completed work. The staff is hard working, always pleasant and eager to please. I highly recommend them!
