In both of my telephone conversations with the owner before they had picked up my rug, I specifically focused on and asked for restoration guidance/possibilities on my 9x12 woolen oriental rug, which was the main purpose for sending out the rug to Caravan, as advertised as restoration services. In those conversations, I was assured by the owner that they would contact me to discuss possible restoration once they got to my rug. I had cleaned and treated a particularly soiled 12x15 wool area rug. In all aspects, the team at Caravan excelled. They were prompt in correspondence, accurate in communication, fast in turnaround and affordable. You can tell they take their job seriously and that they care about their customers.
