This was our first service for our brand-new van, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We had a few issues that we pointed out when dropping the caravan off, including a hole in the pop-top canvas and concerns with the silicone around the shower. When I booked the service (as recommended by Jayco) I received no confirmation email or reminder prior to the appointment.
