Absolute scumbag. It is just one guy. Caravan Inc. is the legal shell game name for Hani Barghout. I informed him, in writing, that I was selling my mobile home and that being the case was ending our landlord-tenant relationship (there was no lease at this point). I asked him to return my deposit. Not only did he not return my deposit, but he also later sued me for another month's rent.
