Highly recommend Caravan Fix under new management. After our initial visit for our van to be assessed, our experience with the company was negative, like many others, but that changed under a new manager. we took our van to Caravan Fix for repairs through the insurance company, in April 2024. Andrew did the assessment and initial paperwork. My Insurer directed me to Caravan Fix for realatively minor repairs to my caravan when I made a claim. Caravan Fix assessed the damage on June 19th and 8 weeks later they have still not given their assessment for approval by the Insurer. This is despite numerous phone calls and emails inwhich I have received apologies and excuses such as "we are waiting on quotes for the parts".
