Caravan doesn’t care about your livelihood, I worked in the janitorial department for 34 years,and came on board with caravan and worked for a few years And was terminated due to the company using falsified information about an inspection picture Also the employees are stealing time which is money from stellantis no one doing any work upper management at stellantis will be notified it’s just horrible.
I advise anyone with common sense do not work for this company. It has terrible management and poor communication upon the handbook. I'll would rather work in a sweatshop then be employed by this people again.
Stole $600 from my previous pay check
Was hired and worked a week at a site in Sterling Heights, but I was treated poorly by the person training me. He did not know the definition of personal space and when I told him to get away from me he called his corporate mommy and cried and I was fired the next work day. He also tried to get me in trouble numerous times with corporate because that was not his site and he didnt want to make the commute back to Auburn Hills.
