Rude management, bad service and poor workmanship. Came in to change the size of an engagement ring. They had to sedn yhe ring away for quite a long time, defeating the purpose of a local jewler and when wenfinally got it back- we found damage on our engagement ring. Me and my wife had very bad experience on this store. We placed a deposit for a ring that we ordered. When we came back, they said their supplier doesn't make that style anymore and told us another supplier can do that for a higher cost. We decided just to cancel the order and refund our deposit. We were promised that refund will be issued in a couple of days. But it took about a month of my wife following up almost everyday before it was refunded. My partner went to purchase a ring for me and not only did the sales rep present a product out the discussed price range, she also stated “if you really loved her, you’d spend the money”. I get the whole upselling shtick but that is completely inappropriate. You need to do better.

NEVER buy from this place. They have nice staff but that doesn’t take away from the fact that their jewellery is as fragile as porcelain with the promise that it’s super durable. I bought a chain from them that broke a couple months after purchase even though they told me, “It won’t break, it’s super durable”. I went back into the store and they had it shipped off to ‘fix’ it. Recently purchased some earings for my little one. They have a large selection of earings for babies. I saw prior to my purchase the store had a exchange only policy within 10 days of purchase;no returns. The original set of earings didn't work out, so I went back the next day to exchange for another set of earings with no issues. I found the customer service great, no complaints.
