Excellent service! My father and I both bought watches from Carat jewelers. The next day we decided we wanted different watches and they exchange them for us with no questions asked. I lost my receipt and they were able to print me a duplicate. I also had problems setting my complicated electronic watch. I simply took the watch into the store and they were able to resolve the problem for me without having to send it out for service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We visited Carat Jewellers at Southgate Mall on Christmas Eve. Unlike other stores, we weren’t pounced on by over eager high pressure sales staff. Chloe, our salesperson, was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. She let me compare several sets of diamond studs up close, which made deciding easy. 1-Star Review Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken I brought my wedding ring to Carat Jewelers in Millwoods Town Centre to have it resized. This ring is worth over $10,000 and has been with me for more than 10 years without a single issue until I let them work on it.
