I was in their Londonderry Mall location around 5pm today. Not one of the 3 employees working there greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I was the ONLY customer in the store. I ended up buying earrings elsewhere. Don’t go to this store if you want to buy something - you won’t get any help.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Super fast with services. They also Held a piece of jewelry for me even when it was at a different location. I will be back to your store for sure!!! Thank you Tracey and your boss at Southgate!!!

I brought my expensive watch to Carat Jewelry for a simple battery replacement, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The employee who worked on it clearly had no idea what she was doing and ended up damaging my watch. The manager, Elena, initially assured me they would send the watch out for repair at no cost, since the damage was their fault.
