I had an old German watch that I wanted to bring back to life, so I brought it to Carat Jewellers for an estimate. Their price came in about 25% lower than the competition. When I went to pick it up, I was truly amazed at how beautifully they had cleaned and shined it—it looked fantastic. The watch didn’t even have a band, and they graciously added one at no charge. I love watches, and I will certainly trust Carat Jewellers with my others in the future. The Staff friendly attitude is remarkable and makes you feel at home.
My Fiancé and purchased our wedding bands here today and were extremely satisfied with the service. Olena was friendly, knowledgable, and patient with us. This was the first jewellery store we found that had rings , ready to walk away with. Every other store had a poor selection and rings that were order-in only. I was in their Londonderry Mall location around 5pm today. Not one of the 3 employees working there greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I was the ONLY customer in the store. I ended up buying earrings elsewhere. Don’t go to this store if you want to buy something - you won’t get any help.
Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Super fast with services. They also Held a piece of jewelry for me even when it was at a different location. I will be back to your store for sure!!! Thank you Tracey and your boss at Southgate!!!
