I had an old German watch that I wanted to bring back to life, so I brought it to Carat Jewellers for an estimate. Their price came in about 25% lower than the competition. When I went to pick it up, I was truly amazed at how beautifully they had cleaned and shined it—it looked fantastic. The watch didn’t even have a band, and they graciously added one at no charge. I love watches, and I will certainly trust Carat Jewellers with my others in the future. The Staff friendly attitude is remarkable and makes you feel at home.
My Fiancé and purchased our wedding bands here today and were extremely satisfied with the service. Olena was friendly, knowledgable, and patient with us. This was the first jewellery store we found that had rings , ready to walk away with. Every other store had a poor selection and rings that were order-in only.
