1-Star Review Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken UPDATE: after 3 emails and a phone call plus writing this review I've received no help. Then today I tried to go on their website and it says this store is unavailable Why after having my ring for just over a decade and I never had any issues until I let them resize my ring. The day of pick up 1 small diamond is missing. So they fix it. Come back for pickup and after only like 2 months now my big diamond falls out. This ring is worth over $10,000 and has been with me for more than 10 years without a single issue until I let them work on it.
