Poor service…. Never try this shop I recently replace battery for my expense wristwatch that Indian lady put scratches on my watch dial. And not agreed that she did it. Poor services and charging me $25 I should go formal complaint against her. Dated July 14 time: 17:40
My father came to Carat Jewellers to get his battery replaced for his watch. When coming he noticed the watch was not fastened properly as water was entering in the watch face dial. He went back to the store to question why water is in the watch when it never happend before. The sales representative (speaks Hindi (Sales ID: 31)), the same person who helped my father denied giving service to him in the first place, when she was the one who replaced the battery for him. 1-Star Review Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken UPDATE: after 3 emails and a phone call plus writing this review I've received no help. Then today I tried to go on their website and it says this store is unavailable Why after having my ring for just over a decade and I never had any issues until I let them resize my ring. The day of pick up 1 small diamond is missing. So they fix it. Come back for pickup and after only like 2 months now my big diamond falls out. This ring is worth over $10,000 and has been with me for more than 10 years without a single issue until I let them work on it.
