I brought a bracelet of gold, and its hook got damaged (which is basically bent and i did fix it easily after a week realising it’s nothing), and they asked me around 50% of the price i brought the bracklet for. Seriously, those guys are too expensive. Would not recommend. Earlier, i was planning to buy a few more things, but now I will avoid them. Totally ripping everyone pocket.

1-Star Review Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken I brought my wedding ring to Carat Jewelers in Millwoods Town Centre to have it resized. This ring is worth over $10,000 and has been with me for more than 10 years without a single issue until I let them work on it. I gave two rings to increase the size, and they cut off half of the ring and added their gold, which does not even match the color. Even though I gave them my gold. They said that the gold does not match, but they can buy it from me for 100 dollars. I did not explain and said that they returned everything to me. They promised to do it in a week, delayed for a month. They returned gold that was not mine.
