I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this watch store. I came in genuinely interested in purchasing a luxury Omega watch. As anyone familiar with authorized dealers or multi-brand boutiques knows, discussing price, conditions, or availability is completely normal and part of the buying process. However, shortly after I arrived, before the sales associate had even said much, what appeared to be a manager or another staff member(quite chubby Asian lady) approached and made sarcastic, condescending remarks... read more
