Walked in with my wife and a friend who was very excited to possibly buy a watch. However the minute we walked to they showed hints of bias. I went to Carat & Co. to buy my Omega SMP300. I had an amazing shopping experience with Jeanne Sun. She was very professional and informative when assisting me with my purchase. I visit the store whenever I am nearby and she and the staff always remain friendly. I highly recommend this place and will return here for future purchases.
We have been shopping here a few times over the years. It is the most unpleasant experience in Oct 2025. The staff did not let us sit (appeared to be a manager based on her mannerism), always called us to come to where she stood. When my hubby asked for a can of drink displayed on a tray at the counter, she said no, that is for special event guests only. This is after we purchased a luxury item.
