Had great customer service from the worker there on Saturday. We were in and out in 5 mins and he was very knowledgeable answering all our questions I had previously broken off a piece on my coupling hitch and he helped me grab a replacement piece in no time ! Thank you

Highly recommend not using this company! After getting my initial quote for a tow bar and roof rack fitting I booked in straight away,trusting a local Aus company.When I went to pick up my Hyundai iload,i noticed the roof racks fitted were incorrect and pretty much useless to my business requirements. Went inside to pay and was charged $600-$700 more than I was quoted! Agreed under good faith to pay half the extra costs.
