Get with the times guys With returns credit direct to the credit supplied at the time. Also please tell your customers about a 20 % surcharge on return items on the invoice. Never even looked at the sign in your store And was never told about 20% restocking fee Cheers
Very happy with the work completed on my mitsubishi triton. Tow bar installed, 7 pin plug installed, anderson plug installed and electric brake control installed.. Customer service was great to deal with, very helpful and were able to accomodate the job on short notice.. Anderson plug and 7 pin plug were mounted on a clean metal bracket as requested.. very tidy workmanship! Highly reccomend Carasel towbars morebank!
Carasel in Moorebank has always done great work for my needs. They are quality builders of trailers and workmanship is top shelf. No fancy building and office, just a fully equipped workshop, front of shop and skilled installers.
I don't live in Sydney and I needed a towbar attached to our older car. Carasel at Moorebank was one of the few businesses that said they could do it. The customer service was excellent. I brought the car in to be sure they could attached the towbar expecting to have to return to Sydney at a later time. Carasel called back offering to install the towbar the next day, saving me another trip. They went over and above my expectations. Even fixing something unrelated to the towbar. Thank you Carasel!
