Hired thugs and not much more
After suggesting I apply for a rental property ($45) I saw the next morning that the house was off the market, rented to someone else. I can understand that rentals are a hot commodity right now, but that's an ugly and immoral business practice in my opinion. When I asked about it, they said said my application was missing info and suggested waiting for new properties. I've decided instead to let everyone know that they should avoid this company. I hope my $45 was worth it!
By far, the BEST Property Mngmnt Company in this state!!! If they cant help you find something that they have available, they will look elsewhere. Amazing customer service in the Hamilton office. It's nice to have a professional option in the valley for once!
Charge very high deposits and then charge you for every little thing to ke make sure they keep your deposit and then some! Charged us for things we made them aware of from the beginning and they never fixed. Dont expect a deposit back if you rent from them! Expect extra charges after they take your huge deposit!
The worst apartment I've ever rented. It is very noisy; the wall is paper thin. I can hear other's conversations or when a TV is on. even though it's a non-smoking property, a lot of people there SMOKE (cigaret buds everywhere). Whenever the person who live next to me smokes, my room would smell like cigarets for days. Sometime I can even find cigaret buds on top of my car!!! Caras Property Management is the worst place to rent from. They don’t care about their tenants in the slightest bit. They’re receptionists in Polson are frankly rude and very biased towards certain individuals. They conduct random inspections without giving any notice. I wouldn’t recommended these guys to anyone especially Native Americans. I would rather live on my car then sign a lease with these racist individuals.
These people are the worst slumlords in the entire city of Missoula. Not only do they not care about their tenants at all but all their employees, especially the owner Sam Caras are incredibly rude for no reason. Sam Caras in particular treats people like dirt and is the most unpleasant person I have ever talked to in my life. Very bad services. Be aware of being charge for every little thing when you move out. You should not clean any thing like carpet clean.... Because you'll get nothing back from the deposited. Poor service.
