This rental agency is not the best, they sent an individual to do " routine inspections" without sending any 24 hour notice to an entire trailer court. The individual was taking pictures of homes and walking on rented property without consent of the tenants.
At first this place wasn't all to bad. But as the time goes on of course, it's just been getting worse. I've been with Caras since 2018 renting, then bought the same trailer on the same property in 2022. When renting, they maybe fixed a handful of things in my trailer that absolutely needed replaced. And yes they may blame that on the owner but even still how unprofessional. Never getting back or letting you know. Big shoutout to Caras Property, with the cold weather recently, we had to call in for a maintenance issue. They were quick, responsive and fixed the issue the same day. We appreciate them coming up with a fast solution and would recommend them to anyone looking for rentals in the valley.
