At first this place wasn't all to bad. But as the time goes on of course, it's just been getting worse. I've been with Caras since 2018 renting, then bought the same trailer on the same property in 2022. When renting, they maybe fixed a handful of things in my trailer that absolutely needed replaced. And yes they may blame that on the owner but even still how unprofessional. Never getting back or letting you know. Big shoutout to Caras Property, with the cold weather recently, we had to call in for a maintenance issue. They were quick, responsive and fixed the issue the same day. We appreciate them coming up with a fast solution and would recommend them to anyone looking for rentals in the valley.
The best place in the world they make you feel at home literally
Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible experience with them. Refused to fix things. Had missing doors, exposed insulation, half painted walls/ceilings. Spent a day without running water and another day middle of winter without heat. They clearly hid things in the walk through and then refused to do anything after we moved in. Rented for a year and showed up one day after work to a vacant notice without warning. They listed the place for rent at a higher price and we told them we would pay it.
