Very unprofessional company and agents. Should've listened to the reviews. Rented an apartment next to UIC for convenience, and Pat Iannino was very unprofessional, rude, and messy. Being in this field for years I assumed he had to have his things together, but he is always missing our papers, improper apartment management, etc. There is a long history of unpleasant experiences with him. I’ve lived with this property management for almost 2 years! I have nothing but great things to say about Pat Ianino! I feel so lucky to have gotten to get to know him! He has always helped my roommates and I out and we always had the best time chatting on the phone! Go Italy and Little Italy!
