The owner made my daughter feel like a princess. She went above and beyond. Huge selection, with very affordable prices. She also does alternations. This place is a secret haven for prom dresses. I highly recommend it.
My daughter had picked out the perfect prom dress at another business, but there was some kind of miscommunication and the dress was rented out to someone else. My daughter was so disappointed and she thought she'd have to settle for something else. But we went to Caralyn's a week before prom and Caralyn found a dress that looked identical to the dress she was hoping for. Caralyn went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was 100% happy. Adorable little shop. Beautiful and affordable dresses. Amazing seamstress/shop owner. Best customer service in the whole valley. We will definitely be a repeat customer if we ever need another formal dress.
