Overall experience was very nice & Diamond’s customer service skills were very commendable. The showing/viewing went well and all my questions that I had were answered. I’ve been looking for places and the space in the townhomes were definitely enough to my liking for me and my little family & we’re looking forward to seeing our outcome here at the community. Dont move here!!!! They care about your rent money and THATS IT!! They treat their tenants and property HORRIBLE! They dont respond to maintenance requests, emails nor telephone calls. My tub has been stopped up for 3 consecutive weeks and counting! The mice and waterbugs need to pay rent! The property still looks like the 1950's; yet, they want you to pay 2025 rent rates. They have a celiling fan that they won't service, and REFUSE to put screens in the windows. The basement floods everytime it rains! It's all so ridiculous... read more
