Places were very impressive for the pricing and Diamond was amazing loved my tour
I went to look at the floor plans and i had a anmazing time with Diamond and she was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Dont move here!!!! They care about your rent money and THATS IT!! They treat their tenants and property HORRIBLE! They dont respond to maintenance requests, emails nor telephone calls. My tub has been stopped up for 3 consecutive weeks and counting! The mice and waterbugs need to pay rent! The property still looks like the 1950's; yet, they want you to pay 2025 rent rates. They have a celiling fan that they won't service, and REFUSE to put screens in the windows. The basement floods everytime it rains! It's all so ridiculous... read more
We moved into our unit this past Monday, and unfortunately, the condition we found it in was far below what we expected. While some of the problems are cosmetic such as inadequate cleaning between tenants others are far more serious and raise safety and livability concerns. There is no lighting fixture above the vanity, the shower head is being held up by tape, the banister is broken, and the back porch feels unstable.
