Not really Was the provider's staff helpful and knowledgeable? No Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No

Do you feel confident that this provider will work with you until a solution is reached? Definitely Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did your provider ask holistic type questions and comment about aspects of care that might affect you outside of their specialty? I'm not sure this provider is well versed in anything beyond their specialty. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
