The front desk woman was immature and unprofessional. I have never been treated more rudely at any appointment. She would benefit greatly from training. I would not recommend anyone to this place unless they enjoy being talked down to and argued with endlessly. You are better off going ANYWHERE else.
I highly recommend Dr. Carefelli and Nuero Emotional Technique. I had very bad shoulder pain when I went in today, and it is now gone. This is not an adjustment, but muscle testing. It helps to relieve trapped emotions. He is a wonderful man and doesn’t treat you like a ‘number’. I can’t thank him enough!
Dr. Carafelli helped my back, knee, and hips. He also helped me emotionally recover which years of therapy couldn't. He listens and explains all aspects of the issue at hand so complete healing is possible. It's not a simple crack and leave. I'm forever grateful for his help.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I absolutely adore Dr. Marc and would recommend him to anyone. My family goes to him and we completely trust him. He has diagnosed several problems that no other doctor was able to find! And he was able to help me without medecine that has side effects. I see him for chiropractic care and also for Nutritional Response and am so thankful to have met this wonderful person!
