I am currently living in a community in Tamarac that has become increasingly distressing due to the unprofessional behavior of the property management team. Incredible living experience! The leasing office is incredibly attentive and polite and they always get things done with efficiency and a smile. I have put in a few work orders here and the response time has always been 1-2 business days. Andrea and Joyce have especially been a big help in answering questions and making this a remarkable place to live. I have been living here for little over 2 years and honestly it's one of the best experiences I've had living at an apartment. Andrea in the leasing office is so helpful, and understanding she goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. Honestly you wouldn't go wrong renting from any one of their properties I highly recommend!!

When I moved in a couple of years ago, the apartment complex was ok. Now they do not seem to be able to find good management for this place. every day you see new people working here, and managers do not last long here. The criteria of application approvals have gone down considerably. The new tenants that have been moving in, have been trashing the place. the cat walks look dirty, and you can see trash on the ground around the property,

Living here for 2 years and the only positive thing I have to say is leaving. The office manager ELizabeth. Otherwise there’s drugs being sold out of this building, the maintenance here is horrible if something is wrong with your apartment it won’t get fixed. Also the people they have working here have no sense of customer service.
