I am currently living in a community in Tamarac that has become increasingly distressing due to the unprofessional behavior of the property management team. Recently, I experienced a frightening encounter with an “Operations Manager” named Umberto, who aggressively yelled at me from his car and then approached me and my family on our patio regarding parking in charging spaces which so have video proof of . Incredible living experience! The leasing office is incredibly attentive and polite and they always get things done with efficiency and a smile. I have put in a few work orders here and the response time has always been 1-2 business days. Andrea and Joyce have especially been a big help in answering questions and making this a remarkable place to live.
