We purchased our first home from CaraCo last year and we are very happy with the builder. Our house build is solid with beautiful and modern upgardes Not only they were extremely helpful and prompt with our 30 day and 1 year warranty service, but also with any other questions or concerns we had as first home buyers. I would never recommend Caraco to anyone looking for a rental, nothing but issues, today I go to do my laundry and needed to put money on my card, the machine is down and so I go to the website, the website is down, I call sparkle solutions and nothing they can do, I can the “after hours on-call number and I get sent to voicemail multiple times. They lay off the super intendant and the building is always a mess now.
