Great place to go for your caravan needs, very helpful and polite staff. Finally got the adjustable hitch I have been looking for and some other things too. They allowed me to take the display one out to my ute, try it and measure to see if it met our needs. Bought the Black Jack Centurion. Thank you for your help today, will definitely be back. Peter

If the item wasn't available at the time of order, I've been given an approximate date of when to expect the item. Customer service is above the normal, always receiving answers to my emails in a very short time. I highly recommend this company for RV online purchases.
