I had one of the worst dental experiences at this office. The place wasn’t the cleanest, but The problems really started at the front desk. The older woman with gray hair and glasses who checks patients in is consistently rude and unprofessional. Despite the fact that my contact information on file is up to date and correct, she continues to call my husband to confirm and cancel my appointments without my consent. Dr Carabuena is professional, he cares for his patients. He listens and gives you options. He has the best bed-side manners. He has very gentle hands, which helps me because I have a phobia of dentists (lol). His staff is professional, accommodating, and friendly.
if I didn't move from one place to another for job related purposes, I'm sure he's still my dentist. He has a light & gentle hands
