Have lived in multiple states, and this has been the apartment complex with the worst management and worst neighbors. We have a neighbor who is loud in literally everything they do, used to play music loud all time, were forced to eventually call the police because neither they nor management cared. They're kids are loud all day and night every day, they rarely quiet them down and management doesn't care. Whenever they come home, the door slams 9 times at least, they have no neighborly decency.
Tammy the leasing agent in Hartford keep prolonging the process like she don't want me and my children to be residents....hartford housing authority is waiting for her to fill out her portion of the moving packing...everytime i call her she has an excuse...i gave my landlord a 30 day notice because her manager said it's a go for the place...i can still b living in my single family home next to my annoying neighbors if it wasn't for her
this place is fucking ridiculous , what a bunch of low life pieces of shit, they have one job to do and they can't even do that right. their pet policy is bull shit with a 25lb weight limit if they like you or are friends with you, you will get approved for a dog over 100lbs but if they don't like you it's strictly 25lbs. also forget about ever asking them to fix anything ive been asking for my a/c cover to be put on since sept and do you think it was? Rent goes up every 6 mths or so, supposed to be affordable, a crock of shit, parking is horrible, terms of agreement arent enforced..pitbulls, littering, noise. Carabetta is full of crap. They don't care. They just want as much $$$$ as possible. I DONT recommend it.
