I’ve visited loved ones here at this location and it is by far one of the nastiest places. From bed bugs, roaches to smashed bugs along the walls in the hallway. I am appalled at how this seems to be overlooked. Also, the elevators seem to have a lot of problems. I’m not sure how that isn’t a huge concern when this is properly is catered to seniors. Try fixing the issue instead of covering it up with something temporary….
Management is archaic and very money centered, however not much concern for the residents. It's a place where you end up with nowhere else to go.
New maintenance suck!! They are not submitting correct information, Some of the girls are rude especially Kayla and Amanda! They are disrespectful and unprofessional when speaking to resident we deserve to be treated with respect! They don’t answer phones in a professional manner, they really need Customer Service training. Except Aida she is a sweetie and very professional
This is NOT senior housing as they advertise, all ages live here. Not a pleasant or peaceful place to live. Very difficult living. The place is not maintained properly, something is always in need of repair. Insect infestations. Loud, inconsiderate, obnoxious neighbors. They rent to anyone and anything. Would not recommend.
