They are the worst nobody knows what is going on in the office!!! even the managers at the main location every year it's new people in the office so like i said they never know what is going on the apartments are even worse you call in for a maintenance request you be lucky if they by the thrid day also if something needs to be replaced they maintenance person will say no it's fine and not replace it
Towed my car for having a flat tire even though it was in my parking spot. They put a towing sticker on my car and less than 24 a day later it was towed and i didn't even get a chance to move it or was notified.. it costed me 500 bucks to get it back and another 100 to repair the tires they ripped from towing it. Now the leasing office doesn't know why it was towed and security won't respond to my calls and voice-mails. Thanks for robbing me carabettas.
When asking if there were any kind of problems here I was told by Monica from the leasing office, not the best for honest information for things about this place, that there wasn’t any crimes here because of all cameras and such. There were several car related thefts overnight. It wasn’t the first time after talking to other tenants. I have been a resident for over 5 years. I would have to say that they are the worst when it comes to repairing the apartments, my kitchen floor is torn up and I was promised a new floor last year -never came through. Mind you , we are hard working citizens and we always pay our rent on time. The old metal closet doors fall off on top of you when you open them, my ceiling leaks, kitchen is outdated and bathrooms still have those ugly porcelain sinks from the 1900s.
