I called to get advice and have my septic tank pumped out. Upon arrival, the technician found my tank after damaging my sprinkler system. He couldn't get the tank lid off and proceeded on breaking the corner of it for access. He promptly informed me that my drain field needed replaced for $5500. I had him drain the tank and he charged me $250. 1 month later, the septic backed up again. I called and was quoted $300 to pump it. Although I did not have an emergency situation he was able to send one of his team to respond the same day to my home (Miami Shores).
