I had a visit to the Baylor ER Heart hospital today. Dr. Norvell was very warm and personable and took her time to explain everything to me. I wish all doctors had such a nice way about them. I felt she was thorough and great at communicating what I needed to know. All of the nurses, the X-ray technician and other staff members were all lovely, making a trip to the ER as pleasant as possible.
