My previous review has been taken down but think people should know she said what she would do to me is take all my intolerance/ allergies and put them in an IV and hook me to it for 6 days and see what that would do to my then 225/93 BP. I have a number of allergies and intolerances to medications, apparently annoyed but a Dr. shouldn't threaten to harm or kill someone which that would have done. I tryed to get hospitol staff to review this, three people passed it around and all said they were not responsible. Beyond sad
If I could give Dr. Cara Hollmer zero stars, I would. She is, without question, the worst emergency room physician I have ever encountered. Her behavior was appalling—cold, abrasive, and completely devoid of empathy. She spoke to me with an attitude that was not only unprofessional but downright hostile. Dr. Hollmer saw my 79-year old mother today in the Unity Point (Downtown) ER for potential stroke. Dr. Hollmer was thorough, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. She put our family at ease and demonstrated an incredible bedside manner. Six stars on a five star scale.
