All the low ratings are completely justified. Not sure about the facial itself, but the staff is rude, not at all civilized in conversations extremely hard to reach. I found them through groupon, I bought 3 different facials for 3 different people, but they said that’s not allowed. Now if it wasn’t allowed, you shouldn’t allow more than 1 purchase per person to begin with. Just a gimmick. I would NOT recommend this place.
I've been meaning to write this review for ages, but life gets busy, you all know. However, Cara Bella deserves every bit of praise I can give. Let me tell you, this place is a true find! Luciana was anything but professional in her facial massages with me. She once put me under a sheet that was wet from the previous client. She is on her phone while giving a one handed back massage. She cancelled on me three times with one being so last minute that I was already in the waiting room waiting for her. I personally feel she needs to be more present and more professional with her clients.

One star is far too much credit I am giving this boutique. I was very hesitant to book a facial through ClassPass already and this made me never want to book again. I arrived five minutes early for the appointment as instructed to the salon/boutique and when I arrived the nail technician told me the esthetician hadn’t arrived yet which already had me kind of concerned.
