Very good doctor. Detail oriented. Listens to your concerns patiently and answers all questions. Never rushes you. Very good with kids. Absolutely recommend her
This was our first and last visit as we switched from Kaiser to Dr. Ruiz's office and I should have caught on when I started calling the office to set up our milestone appointment in advance. Not sure if it's a personality thing, but the staff is very cold and don't have a caring or customer service vibe, especially for a pediatrician office. No recomiendo para nada este lugar, dejaron pasar bastantes vacunas de mi bebé, y aún así es responsabilidad dejaron ellos avisar cuando hay una próxima vacuna, no obstante son muy groseras y poco antipáticas, muy poco profesional el trato hacia los bebés. Lleve a mi bebé a una vacuna y no se aseguro que el medicamento quedará dentro ya que se regresó todo. No explico qué vacuna fue y ni siquiera se dio a la tarea de anotarla en su carnet de vacunas. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
I'm from Ohio and know a good doctor when I find one. In my opinion its rare to find a doctor here in California that really cares. Dr Ruiz is a doctor that actually cares about her patients and is very thorough. Her office staff has been nothing but good to my children with special needs. We are grateful we found them! Please keep doing all you do!
Doctor Cara is very nice and kind. And she gave me a specific information about my kid’s health care. Nurses and the system are efficient.
