For me personally, bedside manner is everything with your medical provider. That said, I never met someone so cold, and so uninterested in my symptoms. I don't expect to have my hand held, but would like to be listened to and not feel like I'm a complete burden. Horrible way to treat a patient, just terrible. Don't let my review be in vain, run don't walk away from this provider!

Horrible experience. Every time I go here I am left feeling dismissed. Cara has a cold bedside manner, does nothing to solve the anxieties of her patients, and frankly, it felt as if she could not wait to get out of the room. I think I’ll be looking for a new provider.

Comes across as cold. Doesn't seem to care about you in the least. She just wants to get the appointment done as quickly as possible and move on. It's like having an appointment with a robot.
