I came back to give an honest and more recent review on car zoo. Initially, when I brought the car. It was a decent experience, but little did I know that I was going to be a victim of fraud. I had this car for 6 months and the water pump went on it along with it overheating and blowing up the engine. Edit: not even a year later had to have the entire transmission rebuilt. Looking back at the issues I had right after purchasing, the mechanic said it was old to us like that. Great customer service. I got a reliable car for my son. The prices were fair as well.

Scam artist they sold my mom and accord with a fake insurance policy and closed down we have tried numerous times to get in contact with them..now my mother is making payments and can’t drive the car..

This place is the worst place to buy your car because they sold me a rebuilt car as a new I kept call them they never answer answer.but I filled a complaint with DMV now my case is solved

There aren’t enough stars to describe this experience. Steve’s an absolute angel who took such great care of me; calmed my fears & made this process as easy as pie! Thanks Steve PS LOVE my Accord😉
