Super unprofessional. Went to see cars and they had cigarettes buds inside them, then had the audacity to tell us to take it out ourselves & that it doesn’t matter because they could detail it later: Then they said they would take our deposit and go themselves to a credit union to finance the car for us. Super shady. Online price was 9,500. They told us 12,000 plus 3,000 to finance. Super shady!!!! Don’t do business here. Also, moe had an attitude the whole time, in front of my son!
Will hang up on you if you have your own financing!
We wasted our time. It felt like we were the ones begging them to sell us the car
The WORST waist of time. Drove from San Diego over 3 hours in traffic. Would not take my cash deposit. Would not sell to me. Talked to manager on phone, said he’d be there Sunday. Drove up there again, still would not sell me the vehicle I wanted after sitting there for over two hours. Days later I saw it’s still available on their site. They are pretending to be a dealership. Manager would not talk to me or come out of his office-not sure he was even there. What a joke of a business!
