Do not buy a car from this dealership. My experience was very disappointing they are scammers and will try to finesse you. The vehicle 2020 Dodge Charger was advertised at $15,000 we were told the out the door price would be close to $18,000, but when the bank verified the information the bank ask do I agree to pay 60 payments of 443$ which adds close to over 26,000$, the price and terms did not match what I had agreed to. Why be a car dealership if you don't want to sell cars? I had a finance application ran and had ben trying to get ahold of the finance manger and for some reason none of the employees (ASHLEY mainly) are being helpful about it... I have been trying to get in contact with them since opening at 9am.. When I am calling Ashley picks up the line then sends me right back to the queue. Worked with Robert here, Horrible sales and customer service. Ran a finance application and was told I would hear the results as soon as they came back. Hours passed and after reaching out I was informed my finance dedicate back within 3 minutes of applying and no one reached out to talk about my options. Over priced , over financed, and underwhelming! 0/10 do not recommend
Super unprofessional. Went to see cars and they had cigarettes buds inside them, then had the audacity to tell us to take it out ourselves & that it doesn’t matter because they could detail it later: Then they said they would take our deposit and go themselves to a credit union to finance the car for us. Super shady. Online price was 9,500. They told us 12,000 plus 3,000 to finance. Super shady!!!! Don’t do business here. Also, moe had an attitude the whole time, in front of my son!
