I was viewing a vehicle online so I reached out to them spoke with a sales associate by the name of Kirby. He was very personal and answered all my questions and concerns about the vehicle. One conversation I even spoke with the owner when Kirby was unavailable. I ended up purchasing the vehicle from them ( Car Zone) it was a great buying experience. I will remember this place if and when the time arises to purchase another vehicle.
Kirby was amazing! From the moment my husband, son and I stepped on the lot Kirby was there to greet us and treat us like family! My son bought the Mustang he had his eyes on and Kirby went above and beyond in every step of the way. It had a few cosmetic flaws and Car Zone made sure everything was fixed before we drove it off the lot. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish! Thank you Kirby!!!
Beware of Credit Acceptance loans! Do not let this place sign you up for Credit Acceptance for a loan! They are a subprime predatory loan! And will tell you they're gonna lower your points every 3 months. But it's a lie. Do one thing they don't like. Even though your loan is current. And they will add the money and interest points back to your loan. Like I paid early. Account said I was good. It still took out a payment later that month on auto pay.
