On a Saturday afternoon at 3:30 pm our van's alternator failed while on the expressway by Danville, we had just 250 miles . We managed to drive to the Car-X location on Bowman street as they had good reviews. Tony was the manager on duty, he treated us like we were neighbors. The mechanic did all the testing but they could not do the repair this late in the day. The mechanic got us enough battery power to drive to a hotel for the weekend. Went in for a full inspection on a vehicle I just bought. Went the guy hands me the paperwork they only ran a fluid through it to check for leaks. He said doing more cost more . Dude you guys gave a better inspection when you did an oil change. $100 and kept over night and all you did was check for a leak.. No I'm not happy !!!! Went in for alignment and now my truck shakes. Scheduled another appointment and was canceled due to nobody showing up to work. Was told they couldn't connect my tpms sensors but another carx was successful and they have the same scanner tool.
Took my 1986 Monte Carlo in to get a wheel alignment, and let me tell you, great service, friendly people, 10 out of 10. I recommend Car X. Great prices as well; I will be a returning customer!
