I came into Danville on Thursday. My brake pad light was on. I called CarX and they got me right in. Their great customer service and attention to detail was key. They did a great job of assessing my brakes and rotors and even went above and beyond. Thank you for making this a great experience.

We broke down outside of Danville and had to get our car towed to Car-X on a Saturday night three hours from our final destination. Fortunately Car-X is open on Sundays and was able to start working on our vehicle and get the parts we needed to get us back on the road. Mary and her team were awesome and realized that we were stranded. They did everything they could to expedite the repair to get us on the way. We couldn’t have asked for better service and they made a bad experience into a positive one. Thanks again.
I just want to say Mary the manager from carX was a complete angel to my rescue. I am from out of state and was staying in Danville for two weeks upen arrival to the city I came to the realization that my rear left tire had absolute no threats as Mary would have put it my tires whereas smooth as a baby's bum. As a traveling electrician I was working daily 12 hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the facility half an hour away from town with no rest in between by the time that I will get to Danville.the shop will be closed I t... read more
This review goes out to Brendan (hope i spelled that right). He got my tpms sensors connected when 5 other shops in town failed to do so. Brendan put in the extra effort that nobody else was willing to and solved what was a very stressful problem for me. My hat goes off to this man for not just quitting after trying once like everyone else.
