I just called this morning to ask if they are available to do an emissions test. (Since this location is a testing facility from the Illinois.gov website, I was curious). They said yes they do emissions here, they're open from 8:00 a.m. and it's first come first serve. Awesome! We get there and they tell us their machine is down. Now why not specify that on the phone before making someone drive all the way to their location? Or were you guys to lazy on a Saturday morning to get it done? Very unprofessional.

States online they do emissions testing. I also saw 3 different signs indicating they do emissions testing during my short stop there. They stated they do not anymore and the nearest place that does is 30 minutes away. Unfriendly staff also.

Answering service is bogus. Foreign company and you can’t understand them to save your life. They told me to go into the physical location to get my question answered so I did and the guy at the counter at the actual location told me he didn’t know the answer to my question and to come back tomorrow. These guys have no idea what they’re doing
