They used to have good services, but they must have new management. I have been coming to this location for years, but I will never come back to this carx location again after today. Horrible services, poor scheduling process, and nasty attitude.
I can't even put into words how bad this place is. NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE!
Took my car here for serpentine belt replacement. I had a 9am appt got there at 845am. My car finally done about 1045am. I was quoted $209 maybe less they said. Total was $279. When asked about the difference I was told it was shop supplies and tax. When my car was finally finished I waited at least 15 minutes for someone to bill me out so I could leave.
Called the number to set an appointment. Was expecting early next week but the lady on the phone said they had a 4:30 same day. Apparently this was a call center we got forwarded to, not the actual location, so the location called after it was scheduled and said you'd have to come in 10 minutes or we can't do it since it was about 4:10 and it would allegedly take 90 minutes for tires + alignment and closed at 6.
