I had an emergency with one of my tires, came to this place that supposed to be closing at 7pm it is 6:25 pm and it is closed
The staff are professional. The manager is very responsive and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I fully understand all my vehicle’s issues.
I have an older car that needed some repairs. I worked mostly with Nester who went out of his way to talk me through the options and his recommendations. The price was more than fair and when I had questions (I had a lot), they were all very patient with me, listened, and answered all the questions I had until I felt comfortable with the work that was done. I'll definitely come back.
Initially gave them 4 stars for first set of tires installed through GIGA Tires. 2nd set of tires got lost or stolen during transportation through GIGA Tires, right before Christmas. I'm still stuck with the bill and trying to work with GIGA Tires for a refund 3 months later. Do not use GIGA Tires. Other than that, there were two workers who tried hard to find my tires inside the shop but were unsuccessful.
I went to this place as a recommendation for an oil change Nestor and his team take care of me right away without an appointment, all the concerns that I had in my car they explained it 100% recommended.
