Brought my truck in for new hubs, rotor and brakes on the front axle. I received one call after the drop off saying i might need tie rods but they will evaluate and let me know. No call from them until the following Thursday saying this were very rusty and could be more dollars. I have been using CarX in Cottage Grove for several years; two weeks ago I had them check my car due to vibration in front end; even mentioned maybe ply separation. They did an alinement and tire balance; day later did not fix problem. Said to stop in on Sat which i did; I waited at entrance desk for over 5 minutes and no one came in so I left. Terrible customer service. Need more help the customer care specialist Nestor Leal is overworked and stressed and this causes rudeness and refusal to hear the customer. We will not be back, you never yell at a customer and refuse to listen. Get some help and do better! Tried to call corporate several times each time getting the message there are two calls ahead of you and waiting for way to long. Done trying to call. Terrible service do not use this business you will be disappointed.
Cottage grove carx is great! They are friendly, fast and competitive with prices. I always leave satisfied with their services.
I made an appointment, arrange for someone to pick me up so I could leave my car. When I got there, I was told that they did not have a technician to perform the service I had made the appointment for. The guy told me I could try their Eagan location. Well, I am sure I will not make any appointments for this business anymore, not in Eagan or Cottage Grove. Total waste of time.
