Had an appointment for 4:00 and when I got there the guy told me that none of the mechanics wanted to stay for my appointment so they took off. I thought they closed closer to 7:00 but I guess not. Buddy said he was trying to reach me all day but I didn’t get any calls or emails since I set the appointment up. I wouldn’t recommend going to any store that can’t even keep people working there.
Extremely poor customer service. Service manager is incompetent and unreasonable. Do not waste your time here.
They went above and beyond. I recently purchased a car and got new tires and needed an alignment. They took care of the alignment and help me put on my new license plates. I had no screws in the front of my car on the bumper. There was no place for me to put the license plate so I just had it sitting in my car and I was gonna figure it out when I could. They told me that they would take care of it and not to worry about it. I also had my preschooler with me. He ended up leaving his Nintendo switch, and I didn’t even notice. ... read more
