My daughter brought her car here for an oil change and they told her it needed $3403 worth of repairs. I understand some repairs can be subjective but this was bad. One rear shock was a little damp so they wanted to replace both rear shocks and both front struts for $1600. The worst part was they wanted ger to buy 4 new tires for $970. I was a mechanic for over 30 years and have measured the tread depth of thousands of tire and it's not hard to do. Really disappointed. I’ve had ok experiences at this location before, but the last time I brought my car here it took so long for them to even start looking at my car even though I dropped it off at 8am. Then today I go in for an appointment and they were CLOSED. Door locked, hours on their door says they open at 7:30am but it was almost 8:45am and no one was there. I will never go or recommend someone this place they will rip you off lie to you way over price not honest I wonder why they don't have no costumers one's you visit you never go back trust me I learn in hard way
Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place. Person running the front desk is completely unprofessional and lied to us. We purchased a Groupon yesterday 2/25/2025 and made appointment for 11:30 A.M. today. We showed up right at 11:30 and patiently waited while he helped someone else. He was very rude and unhelpful from the start. He said we made an appointment for 11:15 but that was a complete lie it was for 11:30. He said we’d have to reschedule.
