When I took my vehicle there to get engine light checked. Frank was very helpful in letting me know the service I needed was a factory warranty repair and guided me to a dealer that did my repair work. I will go back for oil changes. I know I can trust them.
I recently got new tires put on my car. While they were putting them on, the mechanic came back and let me know about one of my wheels was badly damaged and that he would put it on but I should consider replacing. There was no pressure to do it now and upsell, just a friendly FYI. I ended up getting new wheels from an online source and asked them to put them on. Once again, they were courteous, friendly and very professional. Great experiences and I highly recommend. Thanks Frank
