Has engine repair to catalytic converter. Break fix service was quick and resolution completed successfully. Diagnostic took day longer than promised. Communication on progress can be improved upon...i had to call them for diagnostic findings. Cost was very fair. Servicemen were friendly.
I was not satisfied with my service with Car-X last Friday. August 15 2025. I asked for a oil change and to check my filter because it was time for one I was there for almost 2 hours they had all four of my tires off talking about they gave me a free inspection which I did not ask for. After they put my car back together the man stated I didn't need a filter and that I had a oil leak. I asked him why you guys didn't tell me I had a oil leak but still changed the oil. I was told the diagnostic fee would be waived, if I got the service done at this location. Once my car was complete the district manger lied straight to my face, and said he couldn’t waive the diagnostics fee. They will tell you anything to make a sale. NEVER AGAIN.
When I first came here, I was low-key nervous, but I let my car stay overnight to get a wheel alignment when I went to go pick up my car not only where they courteous about my work hours, but Ryan , the manager went above and beyond and seen that I needed a battery in my key fob even the smallest things like that we’re very much appreciated.
