There are two guys who work at this location by the name of Bryan/Ryan. One is amazing and the other one is the absolute worst. I don’t know how he keeps his job because he is not even mediocre, he’s just crap. Every experience I have here with him is terrible. I am giving 2 stars as a gift because last time the Ryan who actually knows what he’s doing saved the day and helped me get the work done that I needed done. Bryson was friendly and did a great job he checked and did everything that I needed and he came back to me and explained to me about my battery issues and I told him to go ahead and replace it. And he also told me that I didn’t need to replace my brakes yet that they are fine. Bryson and his team did an excellent service and I will continue to bring my car to CarX. I have been coming to CarX for years and will continue even though I had one bad experience, but I never had it again since then.

I had an extremely frustrating and stressful experience with Car-X and would not recommend them. I brought my car in because I was having issues with the gear shift. After looking at it and holding my car for a day and a half, they told me they tried replacing the brake switch but said it didn’t fix the problem. Despite this, they still gave me the okay to drive the car off the lot, even though the issue was unresolved.
