Got 2 quotes from competition and then came to CarX. They beat them in price and like for like we're our choice. We're happy and will recommend them to our friends.
I raced over to the McHenry store for a quick oil change after work. I arrived @ 6:07 and was told by Shawn that it was too late, the guys were already cleaning up, "would you like to make an appointment?". No thank you! I went down the street, got my oil changed, and during their inspection discovered I needed brakes. I ended up dropping the car off and they repaired my brakes the following day. Went in for an a.c compressor motor replacement and got a 1500.00 bill and the a.c is now leaking and won't hold a charge. Guy that said he fixed it was fired and now I'm ghosted by the shop. Sorry had to go from 5 stars to 1 but. 🤷♂️
The guys here were great and super helpful. I will be returning.
