My blower went out on my car in the dead of winter. The store manager LaJun (Shawn) told me to bring it right in. They got my blower in without delay. Very customer service oriented facility. Very nice staff. Highly recommend
A few weeks ago when it was sub zero temperatures my tires were drastically low. I went to the local gas station to try to get air in my tires and the machine was out of service. I panicked and my brother sent me the address to the next closest place that would put air in my tires. I pulled up into CarX just before closing. I didn’t know he was the store manager at the time, but Shawn came to my rescue and put the air in my tires quickly and without hesitation being out in the cold.
