First let me say hello, I am the manager Tim. I recall your car and the problems we ran into. I don't find this review fair in my eyes.I would ask you research the problems with the car and re-comment. the amount of problems in the car and the quality of the work prior did nothing but slow us down. I can assure you, I did every thing in my power to make it right. If I am wrong, please point it out. They had our car for two days, said it was fixed. Picked it up and it broke down a mile a way! Towed it back there, they still haven't figured it out four days later! Didn't they go to school to learn this stuff? They never call we always have to call. They always say they don't know yet and say they will call us in an hour. They don't, we have to call back three hours later. They act like we are bothering them when we call. I wish we could pick it up and bring it somewhere else!!! NEVER go here!!!!
