Had new brakes and rotors installed today on my '14 4Runner. Been coming here for the better part of a decade, Casey and Luke have always been up front with me, service has been solid, and I intend to keep coming back.
I came in from out of town with an engine issue that had just started happening. The shop was able to fit in an inspection and then get a replacement ignition coil delivered and installed within a couple hours. Very good service at a fair price.
They were nice to me and got me in right away. But I didn't feel overall satisfied. A few days later my car had the exact same issues I had brought it in for. I spent a fortune at carx. They charged me the most money and didn't fix the real issue with my car. Again, I don't want to bash anyone. But I feel really let down.
