I needed a next day oil change, and they made it happen! Thanks for that. Unfortunately, at the end of my service I found all the contents of my glove compartment scattered on my car floor and when I opened it, the compartment door fell to the floor, fully detached. They got it fixed, but that was a little annoying and strange.
This store has a new manager and all I can say is WOW!!! He knows how to run a shop, he brought his own crew and they get the job DONE! Im glad I gave this location a 2nd chance because this new crew is firing on all cyl. Was told my repairs were 2 day turn around, Mike and his crew had me done before my lunch at 2pm... and cheaper than the next 4 quotes... Not to mention all while taking in cars from other locations to fix their mistakes... I cannot stress enough that this ALL NEW crew deserves your second look....
Mike was great and had an amazing attitude and was able to help us out right away.
Had a Groupon for a rotation and oil change and was told today they are not honoring vouchers from Groupon! Absolutely fraudulent! Do Not go to this CarX. Criminals!
Had an appointment for an alignment. When I got there they said the equipment was down for the day. Not a call or text to tell me not to waste my time to go there. Not even an apology. Never going back to this shop. Sad.
