The visit to the Car-X in Bloomington was most delightfull The Mechanics Deontay and Jake are definitely among the best! Only positive thing was the speed - or maybe a negative. Needed a quick last minute oil change before a road trip. The manager was super rude. When I questioned why the price was so high, ($103 with their coupon) he mocked me for not knowing the brand of oil my usual auto shop uses, which is never over $100. After reading other reviews, I see this is a trend. Worst experience ever! Over charged, rude! Will never go there again! Store employees Deontay was rude, store managers was rude. Every thing they couldn’t explain was someone else’s fault! My fault for going! I will share my experience with everyone!!
Had my car towed there told me they couldn't fix it..told me it was a starter and it was the alternator don't waste your time here just go somewhere else....doesn't have the skills you need to fix a car...
I would like to write a review about Deonte, the Manager at the Bloomington location. When I tell you he is the BEST at what he does, that’s actually an understatement! I had the pleasure of working with him and he was a blessing from GOD!! He is the epitome of what a Manager should be and represent!
