I have been to CarX at the Lake Street location three times and each time my vehicle needs were met/fixed and I received excellent customer service. The photo attached is having the instrument lightbulbs replaced. I have also had my alternator replaced and heater core on my "classic" 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport XLS. I have a 2014 Subaru Legacy that runs like a top (yes, I bought the extra warranty) but has had nothing but problems with the tires losing pressure due to corrosion (I had all rims replaced) and now some new low pressure problem that required grease (I'm not a mechanic). Over the past few years, that damn low pressure indicator has popped on forcing me outside in below zero weather to climb snow banks to check tire pressure and then set up my portable tire inflator. I have been working with this Car-X for many years repairing and inspecting various components on my vehicles. In all that time, I have worked closely with the manager Jesse. It can be hard to find an honest mechanic who will tell you what actually needs to be done and not give extra fluff to pad the stats and make sales. He is friendly and personable who is able to explain things in ways the average person who does not work on cars understands. I will continue to bring my business here.

I had a fantastic experience here yesterday that really showcased their professionalism. I realized I was overdue for a tire rotation but didn't have an appointment scheduled. I decided to stop in anyway, and I was incredibly impressed by how accommodating they were. Jesse, the manager, is absolutely a customer service warrior he will over and being to help you out.
