Ladies and gentleman I want to brag about the Manager at Car-X on East Lake Street who has given me a new perspective on automotive business and customer service in general. I had a battery that needed to be returned at NAPA on Lake street, they did not want to replace it, Car-X had gotten it from them and it was installed by them. Long story short, I had Jesse check in to the situation, guess what, the next day I had a new battery. I highly recommend everyone check them out for your repair needs. #GreatCustomerService
