After spending several weekends searching for a car within our budget, we were so pleased to finally discover Car World Used. From the moment we arrived, Ian made the entire experience easy, stress-free and enjoyable. Unlike many salespeople we had encountered elsewhere, Ian was genuine, knowledgeable and never once made us feel pressured. He gave us the time and space to look at vehicles within our price range and was always available to answer questions and offer honest advice. His experience and expertise made us feel co... read more
Bought a 2012 Nissan X-Trail from Car World Used with full service history. I'm writing this review a few months later and the car runs great. Found the car on Gumtree listing, good price for the model - below market value, paid an extra $1000 to have the 3-year warrantee through Car World Used's insurer to get piece of mind for parts+labour if the car does break down through no fault of mine. We were extremely happy with the service and communication from Ian, who personally sorted out a serious issue with our second car. He has been transparent with us and very personable throughout each exchange, resulting in us getting in touch with him for a deal before bothering to look elsewhere. Also, the advertised online prices for both the cars we bought were what we paid, and those were quite realistic compared to a lot of other used dealers.
We have just dealt with Ian Townley from Car World Used. We found him very good to deal with. We arranged a time to look at a particular vehicle. After showing us the vehicle he gave us time on our own to look it and talk. He was helpful, down to earth but not pushy. He gave us plenty of time with the test drive and seemed to give honest evaluation of the vehicle. During the purchase process he made things easy and all went smoothly. We were happy with the fair price. Thank you Ian.
I recently purchased a Subaru Outback. It was in need of a minor repair which they were about to perform before sale. With limited funds Ian was prepared to reduce the price as i was prepared to perform the repair myself. Ian was upfront and helped out. He stayed after hour's to do this as i had travelled 200km to look at this particular vehicle. Ive had good dealings with Car World Used and Ian. Cars going great. Thanks 😊
