We were extremely happy with the service and communication from Ian, who personally sorted out a serious issue with our second car. He has been transparent with us and very personable throughout each exchange, resulting in us getting in touch with him for a deal before bothering to look elsewhere. Also, the advertised online prices for both the cars we bought were what we paid, and those were quite realistic compared to a lot of other used dealers.
I recently purchased a Subaru Outback. It was in need of a minor repair which they were about to perform before sale. With limited funds Ian was prepared to reduce the price as i was prepared to perform the repair myself. Ian was upfront and helped out. He stayed after hour's to do this as i had travelled 200km to look at this particular vehicle. Ive had good dealings with Car World Used and Ian. Cars going great. Thanks 😊
We recently purchased a vehicle, a Ford Ranger, from car world and upon return home noticed only high beam lights worked. Our local mechanic had a look and we were told it needed a new Body Control Module (BCM). Despite some issues that arose with the car shortly after our purchase, we were very pleased with the way this company took responsibility for organising and paying for the repairs. Ian was very obliging and helpful when managing the repair process and was friendly and courteous in all our dealings with him.
