I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Take 5 Car Wash. Even though the company is now owned by Tsunami, their own website states that existing memberships are supposed to be honored. When I arrived, the staff refused to accept my active membership from the app even though I’m fully paid up. I ended up being turned away from a service I’m still being charged for.
