This place is horrible and I have cancelled my membership. It doesn't clean my car at all and it actually has scratched my brand new car to the point that I need to get a quote now to get it fixed. The parking lot is a mess and actually a hazard that needs to be fixed immediately and by fix i dont mean just patch...the entire parking lot needs to be redone because there are just too many potholes to just patch.
I do enjoy having a membership with Tsunami! Staff is very nice & helpful! But I would like to see some things looked into. First off, the driveway. I know there's no time in nice weather to repave but can you look into putting Something in the Huge potholes? Secondly, I have a SUV & the wash never gets at the top of my rear window. I typically have to use towels afterwards to get it cleaned. A soft brush with soap before going through the machine would help with this (& bugs on the windshield as I saw in other posts).
I have the membership so I think it's pretty worth it
This place went way downhill since the last time I was here. They don’t spray a pre-wash on the front of the car and whaddya know, I still had bugs and bird poop after the wash. The vacuums weren’t working (update, apparently you have to ask to have them turned on). The “towels” they provide for DIY detail might not be washed (the return chute dumps directly into the “clean” towels bin, I kid you not). The credit card reader is unreachably high at the kiosk. And their driveway is more pothole than pavement.
If I could give them no starts I would. They turned off being able to pay at the machine now you have to wait for someone who won't stop trying to get you to buy a membership. Cares too much about talking with other employees than taking our payment. Then proceeded to tell us we need to put our hitch inside the truck because they just had a truck flip because of it. We have always had it like this. Pretty close to never coming here again.
