I’ve been here 3 times and I’ve only successfully went through the car wash once. It seems like every time I go there is something wrong with this car wash and I get turned around and told to go to the one on the other side of town.
Fix the 2nd gate!
Refuses to open the member only lane months after the transition to Tsunami. This causes the line to be backed up for a 10-20 minute wait. When I reached out to customer service I got a $5 credit, pitiful. The wash isn’t as good, the on site service isn’t as good, and the customer service isn’t as good. Raised my monthly rate without notification and found it extremely difficult to speak with a representative as they would not return several phone messages or texts. Towel bin is usually empty and vacuums are broken. Would not recommend this service.
Do not use this car wash! They have damaged multiple vehicles and refuse to make things right. They lowered their overhead door onto the hood of our new car. Mauring a line halfway across the hood and leaving a chip in the paint. Which the manager tried to say was bird poop, but couldn't wipe it off. Their corporate office claims their door didn't do that, and refuses to pay. Though their assistant managers admit to this door coming down on multiple cars. Dishonest people!
