This morning my wife and went the Findlay Tsunami car wash. Mr. Brice, was very helpful on what would be the best deal on our new membership. Very helpful and because of Mr. Brice kindness, I will be bringing my car up on Saturday. Thank you, Mr. Brice
I wanted a one time wash, was greated with pushy sales tactics for monthly membership, told I must provide a phone number to buy a wash,and they take photos of license plate. Disappointed in the actual wash. Bugs still on glass and car, streaks, soap still on vehicle.
I pulled in to get my car washed and the attendant wanted to take a picture of my license plate. Fine. But then he asked for my phone number and when I asked if he would make sure I did not end up on a solicitation list he said that’s not up to him. Then I provide him a clearly fictitious number so he could go on with My car wash. He then told me I had to give him my real number or he would need to exit me out.
