I had the most unbelievably poor customer service. I have been a customer of this car wash since its inception but when Tsunami took over their maintenance issues and lousy product delivery became unbearable. Their customer care number is ridiculous. I will never return and hope to save their other customers from experiencing the same problems. This business model is a disaster.
Never even got a car wash. Went to purchase a single wash and they wouldn’t let me buy without giving them my phone number “for the receipt “. I was going to pay cash and didn’t need a receipt, but they insisted on my number, so I just left. There’s no reason to require personal info just to get a car wash.
Neat car wash; quick to go through and seems to do the job. We have a membership and that helps us remember to take better care of our new car. They have vacuums also you can use. Kinda fun to go through.

Apparently they are offering lottery type pull tab tickets. Remember seeing the boxes of sitting by entrance but Apparently the two employees were too busy smoking and talking to each other to hand them out. Also, if you are going to stop offering spray bottles, you should probably change your sign.
